30-night sleep guarantee
Not sleeping better after 30 nights of consistent use? Contact us at info@cloudssleep.com and we'll issue a full refund. No return required, no questions asked. This is our promise to you.
Return policy

Outside of our 30-night guarantee, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

How to return your order

Returning is simple. Just follow these three steps:

Email us
Send an email to info@cloudssleep.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 2 hours.

Ship the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.
Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not damaged by the customer

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement.

Received the wrong item or a damaged product?

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at info@cloudssleep.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. Return shipping is not required in this case.
