Every Cloudssleep order ships free to the United Kingdom, with no minimum and no hidden fees. Here's everything you need to know about delivery times and how we get your order to you.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after checkout, and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by HMRC and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cloudssleep is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. Most orders clear customs without issue.
Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a link to track your package in real time. If you haven't received your tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
